Scope
This notice describes the current Tabinora website and planner. It will be updated when new services or data processing are introduced.
Your plan stays in your browser
Before signing in, the planner keeps a draft in local browser storage. If you sign in with Google, Apple or an email link, Tabinora stores the itinerary data needed to sync your plan across devices through Supabase Auth and Postgres. Tabinora does not store passwords, passport numbers, payment card details or passport images.
Optional location
Only when you press the location button and grant browser permission, the planner uses your coordinates to suggest a nearby airport. The calculation runs on your device. The chosen airport is saved with your plan; the app does not save your precise coordinates or continuously track your location.
Website delivery and external links
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requests and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Their processing is separate from the local trip plan. Visiting an external link shares a request with that website, whose privacy and cookie policies apply.
Cookies and analytics
The application code currently adds no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. It uses browser local storage for an unsigned draft and Supabase Auth session storage for signed-in access. Hosting and authentication services may use necessary security mechanisms. Affiliate links are labelled before the user leaves Tabinora.
Keeping and deleting your plan
The unsigned draft remains until you reset it, clear the site data or your browser removes it. A signed-in plan is associated with your account so it can be restored on another device. To request account-data deletion, contact us at hello@tabinora.com. You may also withdraw location permission in your browser settings.
Privacy enquiries
For privacy enquiries, write to hello@tabinora.com. When you email us, your address and message content are processed through our email service to handle your enquiry. There is no contact form collecting messages on this site.
